Terms of Service

Last updated: August 11, 2026

These terms describe what you get when you subscribe to Pitly, what we expect from you in return, and what happens when either side wants to stop. They are written to be read, not to be survived.

1. What these terms cover

They govern the use of the Pitly platform — this website, the dashboard and the public pages of companies — by businesses in the automotive trade: services, detailing studios, PPF and wrapping shops, tyre shops and car washes.

Pitly is a business-to-business service. By creating an account you confirm that you are acting for a business and that you may accept these terms on its behalf. Visitors who book or chat on a company's public page are clients of that company, not parties to these terms.

2. Account and access

Registration creates three things at once: your user account, your company, and its first branch. You become the owner of the company and decide which employees get access and with which role — owner, manager or master.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for everything done from your account. Tell us at once if you suspect someone else is using it.

The details you enter must be accurate and kept up to date. We may suspend an account created with false company details.

3. Plans and what they include

Pitly is sold as a subscription. Pricing is per branch, not per employee: hiring another master does not change what you pay.

There are three plans:

  • Starter — one branch, up to three employees, calendar, clients and vehicle history, work orders, public page with online booking;
  • Pro — everything in Starter plus up to three branches, unlimited employees, PDF documents, email notifications, reviews, recommendations and the client portal;
  • Business — everything in Pro plus unlimited branches and priority support; statistics and analytics and customisation of the public page are announced for this plan and become available when released.

Prices are in euros and are shown without VAT. VAT is added according to EU rules for your country; a business with a valid VAT number in another member state may be invoiced under the reverse charge. The current price of each plan is on the pricing page — that page, not this one, is the reference.

4. Free trial

Every plan starts with 14 days free. No payment card is needed to start the trial and nothing is charged when it ends.

If no subscription is taken by the end of the trial, the workspace stops being usable for work. How long the data stays recoverable after that is one of the points still to be settled — until it is, write to us and we will not delete anything without telling you first.

5. Payment

The subscription is paid in advance, monthly or yearly. Paying yearly costs 20% less than the same plan paid month by month.

You can move to another plan at any time; the difference between the plans is settled proportionally to the time remaining in the paid period.

You can cancel at any time. The subscription then stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for and is not renewed. We do not refund a period that has already been used.

Billing is not switched on yet: the platform contains no payment integration and processes no card or bank details at all today. Accepted payment methods, invoicing, dunning and refund rules will be written into this section once the payment provider is chosen.

6. Commission

Bookings that come through your own public company page carry no commission. You keep the full price of the work, whatever your plan.

For bookings brought to you by the pitly.eu catalogue a commission is planned at a later stage, on the logic that the catalogue brings you clients you did not have. It is not charged today and will not be introduced without advance notice and a change to these terms.

7. Your data and your clients' data

Everything you enter about your clients, their vehicles, bookings and orders is yours. You are the controller of that data; we process it only to run the service for you and only on your instructions.

We do not use your clients' data for our own purposes, do not sell it and never expose it to other businesses on the platform. Each company's data is isolated from every other.

As controller you are responsible for having a lawful basis for what you enter, for informing your clients, and for answering their requests about their data. Our privacy policy sets out exactly what the platform stores and for how long, so that you can build your own notice on top of it.

A separate data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR has not been drawn up yet. It has to be in place before commercial launch and will be referenced from this section.

8. What we expect from you

By using Pitly you undertake to:

  • use the service only for lawful business purposes;
  • keep your company details current and withdraw access from employees who leave;
  • publish your own privacy notice and collect the consents your law requires from your clients;
  • pay for the branches you actually operate;
  • not resell the platform or present it as your own product without a written agreement with us.

9. What is not allowed

We may suspend an account, with notice where that is reasonable, if it is used to:

  • reach another company's data or work around access control;
  • upload malware or content that is illegal or infringes someone else's rights;
  • overload the service — bulk automated requests, scraping the catalogue, load testing without an agreement;
  • copy, decompile or reverse engineer parts of the platform;
  • send unsolicited advertising through online booking or chat.

10. Availability and support

We work to keep the platform available and we back the data up, but the service is provided as it is: maintenance windows, incidents and outages of providers beyond our control are possible.

Support is by email in the six languages of the interface. The Business plan includes priority support.

No uptime figure, maintenance schedule or support response time has been committed to yet. Any such commitment will be added here explicitly rather than implied.

11. Intellectual property

The platform, its source code, its design and the Pitly name belong to us. A subscription gives you the right to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of any part of it.

Whatever you upload — logo, service descriptions, photos of the work — stays yours. You give us only the limited right to store it and display it where the service requires, for example on your own public page.

12. Liability

Pitly is a management tool, not an insurer of your business. We are not liable for lost profit, lost clients, or the consequences of decisions you take on the basis of data in the system.

We are not liable for data that you or your employees entered incorrectly or deleted, nor for failures of third-party providers that are outside our control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for intent and gross negligence.

The financial cap on our liability — usually expressed as the fees paid over a period preceding the claim — has not been fixed yet and must be set before launch.

13. Term and termination

You may stop using the service and cancel the subscription at any time, from the dashboard or by writing to us.

We may suspend or close an account for a breach of these terms, for non-payment or for unlawful use, giving notice wherever that is reasonable.

After termination access ends and your data is deleted or anonymised. Self-service export is still being built, so until it ships write to us before you close the account and we will extract your data by hand. The exact period during which data remains recoverable after termination is still to be settled.

14. Changes to these terms

The product develops and these terms will develop with it. The date at the top always shows the last substantive change.

Material changes, including price changes, are announced to account holders by email in advance. Continuing to use the service after they take effect means you accept them; if you do not, you can cancel.

15. Applicable law

The intention is that these terms are governed by Estonian law and that disputes are heard by the competent court in Estonia, with mandatory rules of EU law applying regardless.

Before going to court we would rather talk: write to us and we will try to resolve the matter directly.

The operator is registered in Estonia, so these terms are governed by Estonian law and disputes go to the competent court at the operator’s seat; mandatory rules of EU law and of the consumer’s own country apply regardless.
