Online booking that confirms itself
The client picks a service, a branch, a day and a time on your public page — and the booking is confirmed at that moment. No account, no password, no calling back to agree the time.
- Only genuinely free times are offered
- Instant automatic confirmation
- GDPR consent stored with the booking
The problem it solves
Most people think about their car outside your working hours, and a phone nobody picks up at 21:00 sends them to the next shop.
Every booking taken by hand is a search through the day, a promise and a call back — three times the work it should be.
Two people writing bookings into the same day will eventually sell the same half hour to two different cars.
How it works
Four steps on your public page, then a name, a phone, an email and a consent tick. Nothing else is asked for.
The grid moves in 15-minute steps and is built from the branch's working hours, the employee's own hours, the duration of the service, the existing bookings and your buffer.
The booking is confirmed automatically and appears in the calendar as a confirmed order; the client gets an email in their language and the manager a notification in the dashboard.

Questions, answered
Can the same time be booked twice?
No. The slot is checked again at the moment the booking is written, and the request is refused if the time was taken meanwhile; the client is asked to pick another one.
Does the client need an account?
No. A name, a phone, an email and the consent tick are enough; no password is created and no vehicle data is requested.
Can I still take bookings by phone?
Yes — a manager creates them in the same calendar, so phone and online bookings never end up in two different places.
