Pitly for tire shops
Two weeks in spring and two in autumn decide the year. Pitly takes the calls off your hands: clients pick a genuinely free slot themselves, the calendar packs tight, and nothing gets sold twice.
- Bookings at 23:00, without a phone call
- A 15-minute grid, packed without gaps
- One calendar for every bay
What the day looks like without a system
In peak weeks the phone takes more time than the work, and every call missed in the evening is a client who calls somebody else.
A half-hour job needs an exact time. Vague promises turn into a full waiting room and an argument about who was first.
Two managers write bookings into the same day, and the collision shows up only when both cars arrive at once.
How Pitly handles it
The client picks the service, the branch, the day and a free time on your public page, leaves a name, phone and email, and is confirmed on the spot.
Free time comes from the branch's working hours, the master's own hours, the duration of the service and the bookings already made — with your buffer between jobs.
Day and week views, a colour per master, filters by branch and employee. Changes reach every manager live, and a client whose time moved is emailed automatically.

Questions, answered
What stops the same slot being sold twice?
Free slots are computed on the server, and a new booking is written under a lock with the overlap checked again; a conflicting attempt is rejected instead of silently overwriting.
Can a client book at 23:00?
Yes. Confirmation is automatic and instant, the client gets an email, and the manager sees the new booking in the dashboard and can move or reassign it.
We have several bays — how is that handled?
Each bay is an employee with its own working hours and colour in the calendar, and the filters by branch and master keep the season readable.
Clients who have not found you yet
Pitly runs a public catalogue of auto services. Visitors filter it by country, city, service and rating, read the reviews left after real jobs, and book from the company's own page. Every shop that publishes its page is listed — there is nothing extra to set up.
