Pitly for detailing studios
Ceramic coating, polishing and interior work take hours, not minutes. Pitly keeps the length of the job, the photos and the history of the car in one place — so the day is planned honestly and last year's work can still be looked up.
- Slots as long as the work really is
- Before and after photos inside the order
- Every car keeps its own timeline
What the day looks like without a system
A full detail takes most of a day. When the duration lives in someone's head, the day gets overbooked and the last client waits.
Before and after shots are your proof in a dispute and your best argument in a sale — but they end up in a personal gallery or a chat thread.
A client comes back a year later for a top-up. Without a written history the answer is a guess, and the next job is lost with it.
How Pitly handles it
Each service carries its own price and duration. Booking a ceramic coating blocks exactly that much of the master's day, in the calendar and in the online booking form.
Photos are attached to the order and marked before, after or other — up to 30 per order. They stay with the job instead of in a phone gallery.
A closed order lands on the car's timeline, together with the recommendation the master left for the next visit.
What you get
- Services with their own duration and price
- Work orders with before / after / other photos
- Vehicle timeline with VIN, plate and mileage
- Recommendations from the master, kept with the car
- Public page with your services, prices and online booking
- PDF work order and invoice in the client's language
No inventory of chemicals or film, no accounting and no SMS. Pitly covers the booking, the job and the paperwork around the car — nothing else.
Questions, answered
How long can one job be?
As long as the service you configure. The calendar blocks the master for exactly that time, and buffer time between bookings is a company setting.
Who can see the photos of a job?
Only your staff. Images are delivered on authenticated requests and a master sees the orders assigned to them; there is no public link to a photo.
Can two masters work in parallel?
Yes. Each employee has their own working hours and colour in the calendar, and the free slots offered online are the intersection of branch hours, the master's hours and the length of the service.
Clients who have not found you yet
Pitly runs a public catalogue of auto services. Visitors filter it by country, city, service and rating, read the reviews left after real jobs, and book from the company's own page. Every shop that publishes its page is listed — there is nothing extra to set up.
