Pitly for auto repair shops
The car is the record, not the client. Pitly keeps the VIN, the plate, the mileage and everything ever done to that car — so the next visit starts with facts instead of memory.
- One timeline per car, not per client
- Recommendations that survive until the next visit
- Work order and invoice as PDF
What the day looks like without a system
What was replaced, at what mileage, how long ago. Without it every returning car is a first visit all over again.
"Tell them the pads need doing in a couple of months" is said out loud, written nowhere, and never brought up again.
A work order and an invoice typed by hand for every car, in the language the client happens to speak.
How Pitly handles it
VIN, plate, make, model, generation, year, colour and mileage. One client can have several cars, and each of them keeps its own timeline.
From "car accepted" to "handed over" the master can add recommendations; when the order closes they land on the car's timeline next to the work itself.
Issue the PDF work order and the invoice in the client's own language straight from the order, and send them by email.
What you get
- Cars with VIN, plate, year and mileage
- A service timeline for every car
- Work orders with statuses, executor and photos
- A master's view with only their own orders
- Recommendations for the next visit
- PDF work order and invoice, sent by email
No parts inventory, no labour-time norms, no accounting integration and no import from diagnostic equipment. Pitly runs the booking, the job and the documents.
Questions, answered
Is the history kept per car or per client?
Per car. A client can own several cars, and each one carries its own timeline of completed work, notes and recommendations.
What does a master see?
Only the orders assigned to them. They open the order, add photos, comments and recommendations, and move the status forward within their part of the flow.
Can I hand the client a document?
From the "ready" status you can issue a PDF work order and an invoice in the client's language. Reissuing overwrites the file, and an order changed after issue marks the document as outdated.
Clients who have not found you yet
Pitly runs a public catalogue of auto services. Visitors filter it by country, city, service and rating, read the reviews left after real jobs, and book from the company's own page. Every shop that publishes its page is listed — there is nothing extra to set up.
