Documents and letters in the client's language

Every client card carries a language of communication, and everything the client receives — the booking confirmation, the reminder, the work order, the invoice — is produced in it. Six languages, no manual translation.

  • Six languages, chosen per client
  • PDF work order and invoice from the order
  • Booking letters sent on their own

The problem it solves

Every document typed by hand

The same numbers copied into a template, in the language the client happens to speak, at the end of an already long day.

"Did anyone confirm this booking?"

Confirmations and reminders sent by hand are the first thing to be forgotten in a busy week, and the client shows up a day late.

The document that no longer matches

The order changed after the PDF was issued, and the client is holding a version that stopped being true.

How it works

01
The language comes from the client

The language of communication on the client card decides the language of every letter and document, and service names come from the translations you filled in.

02
Issue from the "ready" status

The PDF work order and the invoice are generated from the order itself and stored inside it. Reissuing overwrites the previous file.

03
Letters go out on their own

Confirmation when a booking is made, a letter with the old and the new time when it moves, a cancellation, and a reminder before the visit — queued, retried on failure, sent in the client's language.

What's included

What it does not do

No accounting integration or e-invoicing export, no SMS and no online payment: letters go by email and the invoice is a document, not a payment page.

Questions, answered

Which language is used?

The language of communication on the client card — one of the six languages of the product. It is picked when the client books online and your team can change it.

When can a document be issued?

From the "ready" status onward. Before that the job is not finished, so the request is refused rather than producing a half-empty document.

What if the order changes after the PDF is issued?

The document is marked as outdated so it is visible at a glance, and reissuing it replaces the stored file.
