How does per-branch pricing work?
You pay for each physical location, not for staff. A 10-person single shop on Pro costs the same as a 3-person one.
Can I change plans later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time. The new plan applies right away; the paid period keeps its end date and is not recalculated.
How is VAT handled?
Prices exclude VAT. It is added at checkout by EU rules for your country; VAT-registered businesses can use reverse charge.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank cards, through our payment provider. Other payment methods are not available yet.
