Pitly for PPF and wrapping shops
A car spends days in your bay and leaves with a film that carries a warranty. Pitly records what was on the paint before you started, what went on the car and what it cost — in one place, for years.
- The state of the paint, photographed before work
- The price fixed when the line is added
- The job stays in the car's history
What the day looks like without a system
A front kit is not an hour in the calendar. The bay is occupied and everyone needs to see until when, not guess from a note.
Paint defects that were already there become your problem the moment nobody wrote them down before the film went on.
Two years later the client comes with a warranty question. Which kit, at what price, done by whom — nobody remembers.
How Pitly handles it
The manager puts the job on the master's day in the day or week view and moves it by dragging; online, the client sees only times that fit the branch's working hours.
Move the order to "car accepted" and attach the before photos — up to 30 per order, up to 15 MB each, with who uploaded them and when.
Every line of the order is a snapshot of a service with the price it had at that moment, so a later price change never rewrites a closed job. Closing writes it to the car's timeline.
What you get
- Services as kits, with price and duration
- Order statuses from new to closed
- Before / after / other photos in the order
- A price snapshot on every order line
- Vehicle timeline by VIN and plate
- PDF work order and invoice, emailed in the client's language
No stock of film rolls, no supplier invoices and no separate warranty registry — the car's timeline is the record you keep.
Questions, answered
Can a client book a two-day job online?
Online booking offers times inside the branch's working hours, so long jobs are usually created by the manager in the calendar while the client books the consultation or the drop-off.
Can I prove the state of the car before the work?
Yes — before photos are attached to the order with the time and the person who uploaded them, and they stay with the order for as long as it exists.
What happens to old orders if I change my prices?
Nothing. Every line keeps the price it had when it was added, so updating the price list does not rewrite what was already agreed and paid.
Clients who have not found you yet
Pitly runs a public catalogue of auto services. Visitors filter it by country, city, service and rating, read the reviews left after real jobs, and book from the company's own page. Every shop that publishes its page is listed — there is nothing extra to set up.
