Pitly for car washes
A wash is thirty minutes, so everything around it has to cost almost no time. Pitly takes bookings on your own page, keeps a calendar per site and asks for nothing you do not need.
- A booking in a few taps, without a call
- A separate calendar for every site
- No vehicle details needed to book
What the day looks like without a system
Answering a call means stopping the work, and on a busy Saturday the phone simply wins every time.
If taking a booking costs more time than the wash itself, nobody on the team will keep the system up to date.
Every site plans its own day on its own paper, and nobody ever sees the whole picture in one place.
How Pitly handles it
The booking grid moves in 15-minute steps, so short services line up one after another without leaving holes in the day.
Your public page carries the services with prices and durations and a booking button; the client leaves a name, phone and email — no vehicle data is asked for.
Each branch has its own address, working hours and staff; the calendar filters by branch, and a manager creates a walk-in booking in a couple of clicks.
What you get
- Public page with services, prices and hours
- Online booking with instant confirmation
- Day view of each branch's calendar
- Branches with their own hours and staff
- Clients with their language of communication
- Confirmation and reminder emails in that languageFrom Pro
No cash register, no loyalty cards or wash subscriptions and no payment terminal. Pitly holds the booking and the client, not the till.
Questions, answered
Do I have to enter a car for every wash?
No. An online booking needs a name, a phone and an email; a car is only needed when you want to keep a service history for it.
We have three sites — is that one account?
One company with several branches, each with its own address, working hours, staff and calendar. Pricing is per branch, not per employee.
What about walk-ins?
A manager creates the booking straight in the calendar, and the source of every booking is recorded, so an online one stays distinguishable from one taken at the counter.
Clients who have not found you yet
Pitly runs a public catalogue of auto services. Visitors filter it by country, city, service and rating, read the reviews left after real jobs, and book from the company's own page. Every shop that publishes its page is listed — there is nothing extra to set up.
