The calendar your workshop day runs on
One calendar per branch where every booking lands — taken online or at the counter. Drag a job to another time or another master, and everyone else sees it happen.
- Day and week views
- Drag & drop with a 15-minute snap
- Live updates for every manager
The problem it solves
A notebook at the counter, a chat on someone's phone and a shared spreadsheet: the day exists nowhere in full.
A master calls in sick and the whole day has to be rebuilt — and every client informed one by one.
Whoever refreshed last is right, and the collision is discovered by the client standing at the door.
How it works
Switch between the day and the week view, filter by branch and by master, and see the current time as a line running across the day.
Moving a booking snaps to the quarter hour. If the new time was taken while you were dragging, the move is rolled back instead of creating a conflict.
Changes reach the other managers over a live connection without refreshing the page, and a client whose time changed is emailed automatically.

Questions, answered
What does the client get when a booking moves?
An email in their language with the old and the new time. A cancellation is emailed too, and a reminder goes out before the visit.
Does a master see the whole calendar?
A master sees their own bookings and orders; owners and managers see the whole branch and can move work between people.
Is it usable on a phone?
The dashboard is built mobile first, so the calendar works on the screen you carry in the bay, not only on the office monitor.
